"I Love My Family"

Lately I haven't had much to blog about cause I feel like mom is here so what can I really say that she doesn't already know. I guess I realized I was probably blogging to her and Kez most of the time. I did want to update everyone and let them know everything is going really well here. Its so wonderful having family live close to us again, and we're all adjusting pretty good. I really appreciate my mom and the example she's given me thru out my life. It really makes me happy to know my daughters get to grow up close to their mima(grandma).

I am really a blessed girl though. Sometimes I sit back and wonder why God allowed me to have such wonderful people in my life. My life hasn't always been so stable but after a couple of bumps and bruises I'm finally able to enjoy and appreciate what I have. I know that nothing happens "just because". I know who has blessed me with what I have. I hope that the saints will continue to pray for me so I can do what needs to be done. I love the saints and the Church Of God and I'm so glad my mom was faithful to raise us the way she did.

I am also thankful for my husband. Its so good to have someone love you back the way you love them. I wish everyone the chance to be loved right at least once in their life. It feels good to not have to try and be someone else for a man to love you. I love you Bryan and I hope you stay saved. I appreciate the small things you've done for me and of course the big things. I don't regret one moment with you. Its good to know we can ride out the bad times and sail thru the good. Your my best friend and I can't imagine what we ever did without eachother.

I do want to say how much I love my lil sister. You can't even explain the love between sisters, but its the best. I love you girlie and I hope you find what your looking for. You're the best sister in the whole world anyone could ever have.

I never want to take for granted the love we have as a family. Not everyone gets to experience it. We have one life to live and I was blessed with something good and my mom raised us to soak it up and enjoy every bit of it. I Hope I can succesfully pass it on to my children.

The Silent Treatment

A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him
at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM." He left it where he knew she would find it. The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up." Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

WIFE VS. HUSBAND
A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to concede their position. As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs, the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?" "Yep," the wife replied, "in-laws."

A Man said to his wife one day.
" I don't know how you can be so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time."
The wife responded, "Allow me to explain,
God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me.
And He made me stupid so I would be attracted to you!"

WHO DOES WHAT
A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning.
The wife said, "You should do it because you get up first,
and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee.
The husband said, "You are in charge of cooking around here
and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee."
Wife replies, "No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the
Bible that the man should do the coffee."
The husband replies, "I can't believe that, show me."
So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament
and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says .........
"HEBREWS"
